These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LaunchAppFast, a platform offering a React Native template and documentation to help entrepreneurs and developers launch mobile apps quickly, with integration to AI features and in-app purchases.
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (available at https://launchappfa.st/privacy-policy), and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services. These Terms take effect on the date on which you first use the LaunchAppFast application.
LaunchAppFast provides a React Native template for mobile app development, including AI integration, in-app purchases, and comprehensive documentation for launching apps on iOS and Android platforms.
Upon purchasing the package, you are granted a license to download and use the template and documentation for app creation. This license is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the template or documentation. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by LaunchAppFast.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided once the template and documentation have been delivered.
LaunchAppFast provides email support at support@launchappfa.st. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. The template and documentation are regularly updated, and you will receive lifetime access to these updates.
We collect personal data such as your name, email, and payment information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and sending important updates about your purchase.
It is not warranted that LaunchAppFast will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in these Terms (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. LaunchAppFast shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by LaunchAppFast.
LaunchAppFast is not responsible for what the user does with the template or any user-generated content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the template complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on our Website and effective immediately upon posting.

LaunchAppFast offers an affiliate program intended to encourage the referral of new, independent clients. As a participant in the affiliate program, you are eligible to receive commissions for qualifying purchases made by referred clients according to the following conditions:
a. Self-Purchases: Affiliate commissions are intended to reward the referral of new customers. You are strictly prohibited from receiving commissions on purchases made for your own use, including purchases made through accounts owned or operated by you.
b. Monitoring and Enforcement: LaunchAppFast reserves the right to monitor all affiliate activity for compliance with our terms. Any suspected abuse of the affiliate program will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all outstanding commissions.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
